About the role:

You’ll be the go-to person for key clients, ensuring smooth shipments, proactive updates, and first-class service. This includes sourcing and providing quotations, as well as final billing of the shipment.

Your day will include:

• Managing shipments from order to delivery
• Coordinating with carriers, overseas agents, and local transport providers
• Building and maintaining strong customer relationships
• Preparing quotes, proposals, and updating client records in CargoWise
• Entering charges and billing
• Problem solving, resolving issues, and supporting process improvements

Essential skills:

• Freight Forwarding experience in Customer Service or Import Operations (Sea/Air)
• Experience with quoting and final billing
• Proven experience using CargoWise
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Accuracy, organisation, and the ability to work under pressure
• A proactive, energetic approach and team focus
