Are you a strategic leader with a passion for people, performance, and community impact? The Personnel Group is seeking an experienced Employment Services Manager to lead the delivery of high-quality employment programs across a designated geographic region.
This is a dynamic leadership role that blends strategic oversight with hands-on operational management. You’ll be responsible for driving program excellence, ensuring contractual compliance, and fostering meaningful engagement with customers, employers, and community stakeholders.
This is a full-time position based in the Kiewa region (Includes Albury, Lavington, Wodonga, Wangaratta and Benalla), preferably, this role will be based in Albury or Wodonga. The role requires regular travel across the region and, when necessary, to other locations within our broader national footprint. A company vehicle is included as part of the remuneration package.
About the Role
As a key member of our national senior management team, you will:
- Lead and manage a team of frontline staff delivering employment services across your region
- Oversee operational budgets and ensure financial accountability
- Develop and implement local engagement strategies to strengthen community and stakeholder relationships
- Support staff development through coaching, performance management, and professional growth initiatives
- Ensure compliance with all Personnel Group policies, procedures, and contractual obligations
- Represent The Personnel Group as the face of the organisation within your region
- Collaborate with national leadership and contribute to broader strategic initiatives
- Travel across your geographic region and, when required, the wider Personnel Group footprint to support operations and leadership activities
About You
You’re a confident, people-focused leader who thrives in a fast-paced, purpose-driven environment. You bring:
- Minimum 2 years’ leadership experience in employment services or a related field
- Qualifications in Employment Services, Community Services, or Frontline Management (preferred)
- Strong operational and strategic acumen with a hands-on approach to management
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- Proven ability to manage budgets and drive performance outcomes
- Commitment to staff development and fostering a positive team culture
- Flexibility to travel as required across The Personnel Group footprint
- Ability to meet compliance requirements: NDIS Worker Clearance, Police Check, and Working with Children Check
- A current driver’s licence
