About the role

We're seeking an enthusiastic and organized Internal Sales Support person to join our dynamic team at All Trades Mfg' in Rowville, Victoria. As a full-time role, you will play a vital part in providing comprehensive sales and customer service support to our customers and sales team.

What you'll be doing

Respond to incoming sales inquiries and orders, and provide excellent customer service

Assist the sales team with quoting, order processing, and following up on customer requests

Work in a team environment to ensure timely delivery of customer orders.

What we're looking for

Proven experience in a sales support or customer service role, preferably in the electrical, comms, or civil works industry.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers, suppliers and workmates.

Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities, with a keen eye for detail.

A collaborative team player with a proactive and customer-focused mindset.
