Position Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and motivated Car Wash Manager to oversee the daily operations of a hand car wash & detailing business . The ideal candidate will be a strong leader who can effectively manage a team of workers while also being hands-on in supporting daily tasks. This role requires a balance of leadership, customer service, and operational management to ensure smooth, efficient, and high-quality service delivery

Key Responsibilities

Lead, supervise, and motivate a team of 7–10 workers to ensure productivity and quality standards are met.

Assist team members in daily car wash operations, including washing, detailing, and customer service as needed.

help organize shift schedules, assign tasks, and monitor performance to maximize efficiency.

Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback with professionalism.

Maintain cleanliness, organization, and functionality of the car wash area.

Monitor inventory of supplies (cleaning products, equipment, uniforms) and place orders when necessary.

Report daily operations and performance updates to ownership/management.

Be able to get your hands dirty when its busy and help on the floor.

Qualifications

Previous experience in car wash operations, automotive detailing, or team management preferred but NOT ESSENTIAL.

Strong leadership skills with the ability to delegate effectively while being hands-on when required.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment.

Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
