About the role

We currently have a vacancy for an experienced fulltime Uniform Store Co-Manager to join the team in our flagship store in Hawthorn. Being prepared to work a 5 day week, and one Saturday every fortnight.

Your duties will include but not be limited to:

Assisting in leading and motivating a team of retail sales associates

Overseeing daily store operations, including inventory management, cash handling, and customer service

Implementing and monitoring store policies and procedures to ensure compliance and optimal efficiency

Identifying and implementing strategies to drive sales, improve customer satisfaction, and enhance the overall store performance

Providing training and development opportunities to the sales team to enhance their skills and knowledge

Collaborating with the wider organisation to support the achievement of business objective

Maintaining an excellent, presentable store image & upholding school ethos.

About You

Along with a strong work ethic and at least 3 years previous experience in a similar environment you'll have/be:

Full Australian Working rights or be a permanent resident - essential

Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team

Excellent customer service orientation, time management and problem-solving abilities

Computer literacy & point-of-sale skills

Availability during peak retail periods including school holidays.

Passion for the retail industry and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer experiences
