PARKROYAL Melbourne Airport is looking to appoint an experienced Assistant Night Manager to join our friendly, fast paced Front Office team. This is a role which provides hands on support within our Front Office team. The Assistant Night Manager overseas front office operations, assist with the check-in, check-out process and ensures our guest satisfaction .

Ideally you will have:

Experience with Opera pms

Previous experience in Night Audit

A passion for the hospitality industry & have an eye for detail

A customer service focus and enjoy working in a team environment

You will be responsible for:

Ensuring the safety and security of the hotel overnight

Help manage the night team

Creating an efficient and friendly guest experience

Be a point of contact for all guest needs

Promote hotel facilities and associated loyalty programs

Accurately maintaining detailed guest reservations
