The Role

As Retail Manager, you will:

Lead and inspire a team to achieve sales targets and deliver outstanding customer service.

Manage inventory, stock ordering, and visual merchandising to boost sales and product visibility.

Train and develop staff to enhance product knowledge and customer care.

Oversee daily store operations, including rostering within budget, opening/closing procedures, and policy compliance.

Execute marketing campaigns and grow our Sister Club loyalty program.

Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally.

Complete reports accurately and utilize computer software for operational tasks.

Qualifications & Skills

Minimum 3 years of retail management experience with a proven track record of meeting sales targets.

Pharmacy experience essential; S2/S3 training highly regarded.

Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills.

Passion for health, beauty, and delivering exceptional customer service.

Ability to roster staff effectively within budget constraints.

Proficient in report completion and computer software usage.

Reliable, self-motivated, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
