Supporting Chief People Officer

The Role

Our client, a national law firm based in the Brisbane CBD is currently seeking HR Adviser. You will be supporting the Chief People Officer. Duties include -

• Provide generalist and thorough HR support and advice to key stake holders
• End to end recruitment and selection processes,
• Prepare business cases to support recruitment,
• Coordinate, deliver and manage the annual recruitment campaigns for Summer Clerks and Law Graduates for the Brisbane office
• Manage and participate in counselling and disciplinary discussions
• Manage and resolve issues with staff
• Provide feedback to Partners in relation to performance and conduct
• Participate in performance and remuneration reviews, auditing and reporting activities

Your experience

You will have 3 years HR Adviser or HR Coordinator/Recruitment experience. Experience within professional services or legal is not essential.

Salary

An attractive salary is on offer for the right candidate (between $100K - $125K package including Super dependent upon experience).
