Overview

This international organisation within the health sector is looking for a Human Resources Business Partner to join their growing business. This is an exciting time of change, and you will play a key role in taking the HR function to the next level. You will work with the broader HR team as they embark on the next stage of their incredible journey.

With office locations in the CBD and southside, you will manage a full suite of generalist HR duties. You will report to and partner closely with the Head of People & Culture, providing advice, guidance, and leadership to a national client group.

Responsibilities

Your key areas of responsibility will include but not be limited to:

• Participating in various HR projects, including the implementation of a new HRIS platform.
• Partnering with stakeholders on all areas of HR, including performance management, recruitment, retention, engagement, and remuneration reviews.
• Demonstrating strength in Employee Relations.
• Providing HR advice, direction, and consultation to the business.
• Communicating People metrics to stakeholders, interpreting data, and coaching leaders on strategy.
• Participating and contributing as a change champion in line with business growth and change strategies.

Requirements

The successful candidate will have considerable experience in a similar fast-paced, outcome-focused environment.

• Minimum of 2-3 years of HR experience in a similar role.
• Experience in case management is essential.
• Ability to communicate effectively and build rapport with a diverse workforce.
• Previous experience working in the health or retail sector will be highly regarded.
