About the role

With on-the-job training, you will grow into a knowledgeable Human Resources professional trusted by our clients. You’ll provide support on a range of HR issues, from advising on pay rates through to supporting business leaders through to complex staffing challenges.

How will you do this?

Gain exposure to a wide range of HR functions including staff onboarding, contract drafting, policy development and employee relations.

Provide direct HR support and advisory services to clients.

Contribute to creating positive outcomes for clients by providing tailored HR solutions using our extensive template library and your continuously increasing knowledge.

Develop your skills in problem solving, communication, and stakeholder engagement through internal support, structured training and real-world delivery.

About You

Hold, or be studying towards, a relevant tertiary qualification (HR, Business, Psychology etc)

Be genuinely interested in a career in human resources and open to exploring different areas and industries

Consider yourself curious, proactive, and eager to build hands-on experience

Be organised, with tenacity to follow-through and an ability to manage multiple projects

Be a confident communicator who enjoys working with people to build meaningful relationships

Have next level attention to detail (an unusual flair for interpreting Awards and performing complex remuneration calculations will definitely help!)
