Our client:

People2people are excited to once again be partnering with an Australian owned organisation who have built their property portfolio within regional Queensland through acquisitions and mergers while building their reputation for quality service and offerings in both the retail and hospitality industry sectors. Additional sites means additional resources in the high performing HR team.

The role:

Reporting to the HR Manager, you will play a key role in supporting regional sites across the full employee lifecycle. As part of a collaborative and supportive HR team, you will provide guidance on a range of matters including employee enquiries, grievance resolution, performance management and reviews. You will also contribute to the development of HR policies, procedures, and frameworks. Prior experience or exposure to employee relations (ER) and industrial relations (IR) will be highly regarded.

Selection criteria:

• Tertiary qualification in HR / related fields coupled with experience in generalist HR related role
• Proven track record in providing HR advice and support to internal stakeholders
• Effective communication (verbal & written) and people skills
• High attention to detail with a customer centric problem-solving approach
• Thorough understanding and knowledge with legislation and awards’
