We are seeking a People & Development Adviser to join a national team in Brisbane, supporting a busy office of 130 people and working closely with the Chief People Officer and interstate colleagues.

About the Role

As a key member of the Brisbane office, you’ll provide support across the full employee life cycle, from recruitment to performance reviews, while also driving firm-wide people initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with the Recruitment Coordinator to manage end-to-end recruitment, including interviewing and sourcing.
• Prepare business cases to support recruitment needs.
• Coordinate, deliver and manage the annual Summer Clerk and Law Graduate recruitment campaigns.
• Assist with performance and remuneration reviews, auditing, and reporting.
• Provide practical, commercially focused HR advice to managers, Partners, and staff.

• A junior HR Coordinator/Advisor ready to take on more responsibility, or a agency recruiter/internal talent acquisition with some legal knowledge looking for a shift in career path.

Renumeration: $100,000 to $125,000 package, dependent on experience.
