What you’ll be doing:

Greeting and helping customers in-store and online with warmth, professionalism, and expert product knowledge.

Guiding pet owners through our range of premium dog gear and natural raw feeding products.

Helping define opportunities for testimonials and feedback when engaging with customer or social media.

Assist creating engaging content – from quick customer highlight videos to product demos and raw feeding tips. Ability to film or edit basic videos is a strong advantage.

Answering customer queries (in person, over the phone, email, and socials).

Building strong relationships that reflect the trust and respect our community has in us.

Weekdays and alternating weekend shifts.

Who you are:

A genuine dog lover with an interest in raw feeding and/or dog training.

Friendly, approachable, and confident with people.

Stable-minded, can think on their feet and calm under pressure.

Professional in your communication – whether face-to-face or online.

Comfortable using a phone or camera to capture content and share stories. Editing for TikTok and CapCut or willing to learn would be a bonus!

Organised, proactive, and happy to jump in wherever needed.
