By Amica is a fast growing online women’s fashion boutique. Started in 2016 by fashion designer Dee Tran, the online fashion store is now reaching its 9th year and has a close knit team of over 15 staff.

The Customer Happiness Expert position reports directly to our Customer Happiness Manager and is pivotal in maintaining our key customer value proposition as ‘Your Friend in Fashion’. You will be responsible for ensuring our customers are given informed, impeccable and prompt responses when they reach out to us on our social platforms, phone or email. You’ll be the go-to person for delivering quick, friendly and helpful responses when our customers reach out through social media, phone, email, or even during their showroom visits at our office warehouse. It’s all about making every interaction feel personal and fabulous!

How you’ll contribute:

Responding to customer and community queries via email, phone, and social media with warmth, care and confidence

Assisting and guiding customers during showroom appointments, creating memorable face-to-face experiences

Resolving customer disputes with care and effectiveness, ensuring quick resolutions on all platforms

Making genuine connections and helping women of all ages, shapes and backgrounds feel empowered and confident in their style

Sharing customer feedback and insights with our in-house design team to help shape future collections

Occasionally get in front of the camera for our social media content, showing our customers the faces behind the brand

Supporting the team with admin tasks, return processes and occasional operational issues as needed

What you'll bring to the team:

Minimum one year in fashion retail experience with online/office customer service experience in a fashion environment desirable

Reliable and consistent work ethic

An interest in fashion and styling

Ability to engage and connect with a diverse range of customers

Ability to come across bubbly and personable in written and verbal communication

Confidence in managing multiple systems and tasks simultaneously

Ability to work in a face-paced environment autonomously and as part of a small growing team

Willingness to learn and develop from senior team members and grow with business
