About the Role:
This full-time role combines customer service, administration, and marketing support — perfect for someone who enjoys variety in their day. You’ll be one of the first point of contacts for clients, manage inbound calls and bookings, support general office operations, and help drive our marketing efforts alongside an external agency.

You’ll also assist with creating social media content, managing digital marketing campaigns, streamlining office systems, and finding ways to elevate our brand presence online and offline.

Key Responsibilities:

Nurture existing client relationships.

Liaising and facilitating with an external Marketing agency.

Use software tools (Service M8) to automate processes and improve office efficiency.

Create and help manage social media content across multiple platforms

Answering incoming calls from clients and arranging bookings.
