What you'll do

Oversee care planning, compliance, and audit processes

Act as a clinical mentor and educator for your team

Lead continuous improvement initiatives

Ensure accurate and timely clinical documentation

Build trust and connection with residents, families, and staff

About you

Registered Nurse (AHPRA) with a nursing degree

5+ years RN experience in Australia, including at least 12 months aged care leadership in a facility with 100+ beds

Knowledge of AN-ACC funding and care documentation

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

A hands-on leader passionate about making a real difference
