The Role:
As the Clinical Care Manager, you will take the lead in managing clinical care, making sure each resident receives high-quality, compassionate, and personalized support. You’ll guide and support a committed team of carers and clinical professionals, equipping them with the tools and direction they need to succeed. Your leadership will play a vital role in creating a safe, nurturing environment that upholds the highest standards of care.

Requirements:

• Current AHPRA Registration as a Registered Nurse
• Experience with successful accreditation in previous Clinical Management positions
• Knowledge of the Aged Care Act, accreditations standards and upcoming reforms
• 3- 5 years experience as Clinical Care Manager
• Strong HR function experience in respect of performance appraisals, management and development plans
• IPC Lead Qualification or willingness to obtain
• Solutions focused and Proactive management style
• Up to date immunisations
