3D Recruitment have partnered with an award winning Builder who specialize in high end apartment construction. With strong business growth they are looking to bring on multiple full-time Contract Administrators who will join their team working on projects across the eastern suburbs of Melbourne.

PROJECTS

• Ultra high end Luxury apartments
• Ultra high end Luxurious Residential homes
• State of the art mixed use living projects
• Project Values ranging from $5m - $100m

THE ROLE

• Preparing and submitting RFIs, progress claims, and project documentation
• Producing detailed cost / financial reports (Highly Important)
• Procuring materials and subcontractor pricing at competitive rates
• Communicating effectively with all stakeholders – site teams, architects, and subcontractors
• Breaking down, vetting, and awarding subcontractor packages
• Managing and assessing variation claims from subcontractors
• Overseeing project compliance across multiple systems and platforms

YOU

• Tertiary qualifications in Building & Construction related discipline.
• Absolute Minimum of 2 years experience as a contract administrator (ideally with apartment / luxury residential experience)
• Proven ability to communicate well and influence team members and stakeholders for a positive delivery.
• Hold your self accountable to what you say and do!
