About the Builder
Woods & Co is seeking a experienced Contract Administrator to join a well-established Melbourne builder renowned for delivering architecturally significant homes and bespoke commercial apartment builds. With a strong pipeline of luxury projects and a reputation for quality craftsmanship, this team partners with leading architects and designers to create award-winning builds.

What You’ll Do

• Manage and prepare contracts, variations, progress claims, and purchase orders
• Oversee budgets, cost tracking, and financial reporting to keep projects on target
• Liaise with subcontractors, suppliers, consultants, and clients to ensure seamless delivery
• Provide contract and compliance advice throughout the project lifecycle

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience as a Contracts Administrator on apartment or multi-residential projects (high-end experience highly regarded)
• Solid knowledge of building contracts, procurement, and cost management
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and attention to detail
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, design-driven environment
