Salary - $110,000 - $160,000 + super

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Administering and managing contracts across a range of commercial projects
• Assisting the Project Manager with procurement, scope management, and cost control
• Preparing and reviewing variations, progress claims, and subcontractor agreements
• Building strong relationships with subcontractors, consultants, and internal teams
• Ensuring compliance with project timelines, budgets, and quality standards

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven experience as a Contract Administrator (commercial projects preferred)
• Strong communication and organisational skills, with an eye for detail
• A team-oriented mindset with the drive to grow within a supportive business
