An established construction company with a strong pipeline of work is looking for a Contract Administrator to join their South Melbourne office. You’ll take ownership of one of two upcoming apartment builds a $50M project or a $30M project working with a supportive team and experienced project leaders.

The Role:

Full contract administration on a single project — either $50M or $30M apartment build.

Manage subcontractor packages from procurement through to final accounts.

Oversee documentation, variations, and compliance with precision.

Work alongside an experienced PM and site team from start to finish.

About You:

Previous experience as a Contract Administrator on apartment projects in Melbourne.

Strong financial and commercial skills.

Confident in managing contracts and building relationships with subcontractors.

A team player who thrives in a collaborative, quality-driven environment.
