3D Recruitment are seeking a mid-level to experienced Contract Administrator to join an industry-leading Commercial & Apartment builder on their Design & Construct Projects. These apartments are for Social Housing, Government Bodies and BTR clients on a commercial basis. Issues with private developers don't exist here, due to their consistent repeat business with GOOD clients.

• Project values between $15m - $50m

KEY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Reporting into directly to your Project Manager, your key responsibilities will be as follows;

• Communication with all stakeholders - site team, clients & sub-contactors
• Submitting RFIs, Progress Claims, Variations & Documentation
• Letting & vetting packages
• Focus on financials eg Cost Reporting, Budgeting, Forecasting etc

ABOUT YOU

• Proven experience as a CA delivering relevant commercial or apartment projects abover $15m (ideally multi level apartments).
• Excellent computer literacy.
• Foster & develop relationships with clients, stakeholders, trades & subcontractors right across Melbourne.
• Enjoy a collaborative environment working with other like-minded construction professionals.
• Relevant tertiary qualifications & project experience.
• Use of Jobpac / Vista / Viewpoint software packages is advantageous but not essential
