I am currently seeking an experienced HSE Advisor to join a reputable Tier 3 commercial builder known for delivering architecturally designed, high-end projects across Brisbane.

This is an exciting opportunity to work on a luxury high-rise commercial development located in the Brisbane CBD - a landmark build expected to span 8–10 years.

This is a rare opportunity to become part of a well-established project team on a career-defining construction journey. The successful candidate will bring hands-on experience in the commercial construction sector, with a particular focus on high-rise developments, and a passion for fostering a strong, proactive safety culture onsite.

About You:

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in a dedicated HSE role within the commercial construction sector
• Experience working on high-rise commercial projects (preferred)
• Certificate IV in WHS/OHS – essential
• Confident communicator with the ability to influence and engage teams at all levels
• Proficient in safety platforms such as Hammertech, 1Breadcrumb, or similar
• Proactive and collaborative mindset with a genuine commitment to health and safety best practices
