How will you contribute?
As a Strategy Advisor, you’ll do more than sell — you’ll guide clients through life-changing financial decisions. You’ll step in post-discovery to run high-quality strategy calls with qualified, motivated prospects. Your role is to:
- Understand client goals and priorities (wealth growth, debt reduction, retirement, property, or lifestyle).
- Diagnose financial gaps and challenges holding them back.
- Present a range of strategies that provide clarity, reduce risk, and accelerate progress.
- Handle objections with confidence, build trust quickly, and secure clear outcomes.
By doing this, you’ll help clients move from “thinking about it” to taking decisive action, creating lasting financial impact. For the business, your focus is on increasing conversions, boosting referral rates, and driving measurable new business growth. Working remotely (Brisbane preferred), you’ll have the autonomy to excel while being supported by strong marketing and a collaborative team.

- 5+ years’ proven success in consultative sales
- Track record of consistently exceeding sales targets and closing new business
- Resilient, adaptable, and resourceful approach
- Growth and results oriented, with a numbers-driven mindset
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- Coachable, competitive, and driven to excel
