Due to continued growth, we have an opportunity for an experienced office manager.

About the Role:

Key responsibilities include managing office supplies and facilities, supporting finance and HR functions like payroll and onboarding, maintaining records, ensuring safety compliance, and providing general administrative and IT support to ensure smooth project execution and overall efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

Order and maintain office supplies, equipment, and tech resources.

Oversee building maintenance, repairs, and cleaning, ensuring compliance with safety and security protocols.

Answer phones, manage mail, and handle general correspondence and queries.

Manage project budgets, track expenses, and assist with financial forecasts and cash flow analysis.

Process purchase orders, vendor invoices, and customer payments.

Maintain accounts payable/receivable files and support month-end closing procedures.

Project support - Documentation, Communication and Contracts;

HR Support - onboarding, record management and payroll;

IT support - Equipment & Software and System support

Compliance & Safety - Safety regulations and government compliance
