About the role:
We’re seeking a dynamic Marketing Manager to own and deliver our marketing function across both construction and mining. This role requires both strategic leadership and hands-on execution, setting the vision and then rolling up your sleeves to make it happen across multiple projects, analysing market data, and crafting impactful campaigns. This role demands strong organisational skills, a customer-focused mindset. You will be responsible for driving brand awareness, lead generation, and customer engagement across two distinct but complementary markets.
Key Responsibilities:
-Market Intelligence: Develop and execute a market intelligence program by researching local markets, tracking trends, understanding customer behaviour, and identifying investment opportunities.
- Digital Campaigns – Run multi-channel campaigns (Google, Meta, LinkedIn, industry media) to generate leads and build brand authority in line with business goals and KPI'S
- Content Creation – Produce compelling customer stories, videos, brochures, capability statements, case studies, and social content.
- Sales Enablement – Support sales teams with presentations, collateral, and campaigns that shorten sales cycles and build trust.
- Website & SEO – Own our web presence, ensuring it speaks to both industries and converts traffic into opportunities.
- Events & Partnerships – Manage trade shows, mining expos, and partner events to maximise ROI.
- Analytics & Reporting – Track performance and ROI, optimising campaigns based on data.
- Function Growth – Be the foundation of our marketing team, with scope to build out resources as we scale.
About You
You’re equal parts strategist and executor — someone who can create the plan and then deliver it with energy and precision.
We’d love to see:
- 5+ years’ track record in B2B marketing, ideally across construction, mining, or industrial technology.
- Proven knowledge in running digital campaigns end-to-end.
- Strong content skills: copywriting, storytelling, and visual direction.
- Can demonstrate ability in creating case studies and technical content for industrial audiences.
- Proficiency with Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn, WordPress/Wix, and CRM/automation tools.
- Analytical mindset, with ability to link marketing activity to pipeline and ROI.
- A proactive, self-starting approach — comfortable being a “team of one” to start, with growth opportunities ahead.
A degree in Marketing/Communications is an advantage, but demonstrated results are more important.
