Marketing Manager - Creative Brand Builder

We’re looking for a creative and results-driven Marketing Manager to take full ownership of our marketing strategy across Lifewood & Seaform. If you thrive on bringing brands to life, driving lead generation, and building a strong market presence, this role is for you.

This isn’t a role for someone who just “keeps the lights on.” We want a natural storyteller and digital marketing all-rounder who can execute campaigns end-to-end while thinking outside the box to grow our brands.

What you’ll manage

Our HubSpot CRM – from setup to automation and reporting.

Lead Lifewood & Seaform Branding initiative & campaigns.

Google Ads and digital campaigns with a sharp eye on ROI.

Social media accounts with engaging, creative, and consistent content.

Execution of the marketing blueprint & roadmap.

Lead generation initiatives to fuel business growth.

Employer & employee branding campaigns to attract top talent.

Building our brands’ visibility across WA through digital, events, and partnerships.

Proven experience in marketing, digital campaigns, and CRM management.

Strong skills in content creation – from copywriting to visual direction.

A creative thinker who can balance big ideas with hands-on execution.

Data-driven mindset with the ability to track, analyse, and optimise campaigns.
