The Position
Reporting to the Managing Director and broader senior leadership team, this is an exciting opportunity for an Marketing Coordinator to step up in their role. You will lift brand exposure and be influential in driving the next stage of development and growth in both sales and property management departments.

  • Develop annual marketing & prospecting strategy with Management
  • Create marketing materials per strategy requirements
  • Ensure all marketing content meets brand standards
  • Implement marketing strategy on schedule
  • Liaise with external suppliers for marketing/stationery needs
  • Coordinate quotes, orders, and deliveries for marketing supplies
  • Manage and improve digital marketing campaigns
  • Work with real estate portals to optimize subscriptions
  • Assist in preparing property marketing materials (sales & rental)
  • Redesign and update company stationery as needed
  • Keep company website current; liaise with web developer
  • Manage and monitor social media accounts
  • Oversee settlement gift program and stock levels
  • Manage front office window displays
  • Attend team meetings and training as required

Skills & Experience

  • Ideally come from a marketing role in real estate
  • Must be able to show portfolio of work
  • Bachelor Degree in marketing or graphic design is highly desirable
  • Strong writing, editing, presentation & communication skills
  • Excellent working knowledge of social media & digital platforms
  • Highly organised with outstanding time management to work to deadlines
