E-Commerce & Marketing Manager

Empire Home – Perth

We’re looking for a dynamic E-Commerce & Marketing Manager to take our fast-growing furniture and homewares brand to the next level.

This is a hands-on role for someone who can manage the day-to-day running of our Shopify store while also driving the bigger picture: a full website rebuild plus the roll out of our national expansion.

- Oversee the daily management of our online store, ensuring a seamless customer experience.
- Lead a major website redevelopment project, working with external partners to deliver a best-in-class e-commerce platform.
- Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns across social, email, paid ads, and SEO.
- Coordinate campaign and product photo shoots, working closely with our Creative Director.
- Collaborate with the Buying team to align product, stock levels, and marketing priorities.
- Drive East Coast sales growth by developing customer acquisition strategies and working with logistics to deliver on-time fulfillment.
- Manage and mentor a small e-commerce/marketing team.

What we’re looking for

- 5+ years’ experience in e-commerce and marketing (homewares, fashion, or lifestyle brand experience a plus).
- Strong knowledge of Shopify, Google Ads/Meta, and e-commerce analytics.
- Track record of leading website projects and optimising for conversion.
- Skilled at managing creative content, photo shoots, and brand campaigns.
- Commercial, data-driven mindset with proven results in growing online revenue.
- Collaborative leader who thrives in a cross-functional retail environment.
