About the Position:

Step into a key litigation role with a high-performing commercial law firm. Work directly with clients, manage barristers, and enjoy clear career progression in a premium CBD setting:

• Manage a range of commercial litigation and dispute resolution matters end-to-end
• Take ownership of direct client relationships and be the primary point of contact
• Brief and manage barristers and external experts confidently
• Handle matters across contracts, corporations law, equity disputes, and insolvency
• Collaborate with experienced lawyers in a collegiate and supportive environment

What We’re Looking For:

• At least 5 years’ PAE in commercial litigation
• Strong technical skills and confidence managing matters independently
• Ability to manage client expectations and deliver commercially focused advice
• Experience briefing and managing counsel in superior courts
• NSW practising certificate (or ability to obtain)
