About the Role:

As a Corporate M&A/Commercial Lawyer with 2 Years + PAE, you will play a pivotal role in the firm's continued success. Your responsibilities will include:

• Providing expert legal counsel to top-tier corporate/commercial clients.
• Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating intricate contracts and agreements.
• Overseeing complex mergers, acquisitions, and corporate transactions.

Key Requirements:

• 2 years or more PAE in corporate/commercial law, ideally within a reputable private practice firm
• Good attitude towards work and ambition to rise up the ranks
• Proven track record in managing complex corporate transactions
