About the role

This full-time Business Development Manager position is a unique opportunity to join Industrial Decontamination Services Pty Ltd, the leading provider of decontamination services in Western Australia. Based in our Rockingham office, you will be responsible for driving new business growth and developing strategic partnerships to expand our client base across the region.

What you'll be doing

Actively identify and pursue new business opportunities within the Western Australian market

Develop and execute strategic sales plans to effectively target and convert prospective clients

Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and influencers in target industries

Collaborate with the broader sales team to share best practices and drive collective success

Provide detailed reporting on sales activities, pipeline progression and revenue forecasts

Support the development of innovative service offerings to meet evolving client needs

What we're looking for

Proven track record of success in new business development, preferably within the industrial services or related sector

Excellent relationship-building and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence at all levels

Strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills to secure new client contracts

Demonstrated ability to work autonomously and as part of a wider sales team

Highly organised with a results-driven mindset and a passion for exceeding targets

Familiarity with the Western Australian industrial landscape and regulatory environment
