Padbury News is currently seeking to employ a full time Retail Manager for our shop in Padbury, WA. In this role you will report directly to the ship’s manager.

Key responsibilities include,

· Staff management – leading and motivating the retail team to achieve sales targets.

· Organising staff shifts and rosters according to availability.

· Managing inventory and ensuring optimal stock levels, ordering when low, and maintaining accurate records of stock and sales transactions.

· Selling goods and services directly to customers, advising them on product use, and building strong customer relationships.

· Analysing sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growth, and promoting goods and services for the business.

· Supporting staff wellbeing and fostering a positive team culture.

· Handling customer complaints and resolving issues for our valued customers.

· Supervising staff performance to ensure compliance with retail standards and occupational health and safety regulations.

· Maintaining high standards of visual merchandising and store presentation to improve sales.

· Implementing training and development programs to enhance staff skills and performance.

Required Skills,

· At least 2 years of work experience

· Systematic approach to problem solving.

· Exceptional Time management skills

· Ability to work unsupervised.

The role is full time Monday to Friday 8am-4:30pm.

Full time - $75,000 – $85,000 p.a. + Superannuation
