Based in the Perth CBD we are looking for an experienced Blue Collar Recruitment Consultant to join our team.

Duties:

Day to day management of existing clients.

Ensure “best practice” recruitment process when sourcing and selecting candidates.

Manage blue collar workforce compliance.

Work with the Business Development Manager to identify upcoming requirements and subsequent recruitment strategies to enable proactive recruitment of roles.

Work closely with the Recruitment Manager to report on successes, challenges and support required.

Work closely with the recruitment manager to identify and develop opportunities for further growth of the business, analyse existing customer relationships, strengthen relationships, and ensure they're receiving exceptional customer service, resulting in positive revenue growth.

What you offer us:

You will take over the day to day management of this current account (recruitment/account management), ensuring we're delivering exceptional customer service to achieve positive revenue growth through excellent recruitment delivery.

Minimum requirements:

2+ years of experience in a similar role - 180 or 360 degree desk

Experience in Blue Collar labour hire

Exceptional customer service skills and a team player

Positive and engaging personality, willing to learn and grow

Proven ethical recruitment standards

Experience using JobAdder would be highly regarded
