Insurance Account Manager & Assistant Account Manager

Elders Insurance operates an agency network distributing general insurance products to regional and rural clients across Australia.

Our Wongan Hills office currently have opportunities for an Insurance Account Manager or an Assistant Account Manager, to join our team in Wongan Hills Western Australia.

These positions are available on a full-time basis and are long term positions

The position offers you a development opportunity with potential for career progression into the Franchisor and a competitive remuneration package will be negotiated with the successful applicant.

To be successful in this role you must be able to:

display a knowledge of general insurance (preferred but not required for the Assistant Account Manager role)

display knowledge of Insurance claims handling

display a high level of computer literacy and accuracy with data input

have good communication skill and organisational skills

obtain satisfactory police and ASIC clearances

obtain or have already Tier 1 or Tier 2 accreditation in Australian Financial Services Reform Act 2001 (FSRA) Insurance

You will also have the following qualities:

customer service skills and the ability to manage your own time well

teamwork and co-operation

concern for quality, accuracy, and efficiency

flexibility, and a positive can-do attitude and a willingness to learn

must be reliable
