About the role

Are you a diligent and personable Dental Assistant looking to join a thriving dental practice? We are seeking a full-time Dental Assistant to join the Fabdental team in our Paddington, practice. In this rewarding role, you will provide exceptional patient care and assist our dentists with various clinical and administrative tasks to ensure the smooth operation of our practice.

What you'll be doing

Preparing treatment rooms and sterilising instruments in accordance with infection control protocols

Assisting dentists during procedures by passing instruments, mixing materials, and providing other chairside support

Greeting and welcoming patients, and guiding them through their appointments

Recording patient details and medical histories in our practice management software

Ordering and maintaining equipment and supplies

Performing general administrative duties such as scheduling appointments and handling patient enquiries

What we're looking for

Experience preferred but not essential, Happy to train the right candidate

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with patients and the dental team

Strong attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently and accurately

Proficiency in using dental practice management software

A calm, friendly, and professional demeanour

A genuine interest in oral healthcare and a commitment to providing high-quality patient care
