About us

We are seeking a motivated Assistant Production Manager to help oversee our daily kitchen operations. You’ll be working closely with the Production Manager in creating items, managing stock, and maintaining quality standards. This role is critical in ensuring that efficient production strategies are followed, food safety standards are upheld, and consistent quality of product is being maintained. The successful applicant will have extensive experience in food preparation, distribution, food safety and is able to work both in a team and autonomously.

Qualifications & experience

Key Responsibilities:

Support the Production Manager in daily kitchen operations

Assist in coordinating shift activities

Monitor food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards

Assist with inventory management and ordering supplies

Ensure production deadlines are met and quality standards maintained

Implement and improve operational procedures

Ideal Candidate Skills and Qualifications:

Proven experience in food production or kitchen management

Strong leadership and independent management skills

Excellent communication and organizational abilities

Knowledge of food safety regulations and sanitation protocols (Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points - HACCP)

Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks

Attention to detail and commitment to quality

Flexibility to work different shifts

Passion for food and hospitality industry
