About the Role – Property Manager

Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities

As our next Property Management Representative, you will:

Manage a portfolio of residential properties

Provide outstanding support and service to landlords and tenants

Conduct inspections, manage tenancy agreements, and resolve issues

Represent both parties professionally at all times, ensuring client satisfaction

Uphold our high standards in everything you do

What We’re Looking For – Essential Requirements

Valid Real Estate Licence, or Certificate of Registration (working towards your Licence)

A current driver’s licence and reliable car

Experience with a computerised trust accounting package

Strong administration and organisational skills with high attention to detail

Proven ability to manage a property portfolio independently

Mediation skills with experience handling Tenancy Tribunal matters

Excellent written and verbal communication

Commitment to building long-term, trusting client relationships

Availability to work Saturdays, 9:00am – 3:30pm
