The Role
To qualify for this role as an Assistant Restaurant Manager, you should have substantial experience in venue management and be skilled in simultaneously overseeing à la carte and function services. Exceptional problem-solving abilities, a talent for leading and developing a team in a fast-paced environment, and a strong passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences are essential.
The ideal candidate will be deeply entrenched in the hospitality industry, with a thorough grasp of managing large-scale venue operations. You should be enthusiastic about growing with the expansion and committed to enhancing the team through effective training and development.
Skills & Experience
- Previous experience as an Assistant Manager at a venue of similar size and offerings
- Availability to work weekends and across a 7-day roster, including late nights
- Proficient in problem-solving and task prioritisation
- Willingness to actively participate in an enthusiastic and motivated team, leading by example
- Possession of full working rights in Australia
