About the Role
In this hands-on position, you'll oversee day-to-day operations while inspiring your team to perform at their best.

Key responsibilities:

• Lead and motivate staff to deliver great service
• Manage sales, rosters, and inventory
• Train, mentor, and develop team members
• Ensure food safety, health, and cleanliness compliance
• Work with senior management to hit targets

What You'll Bring

• At least 3 years' café or hospitality management experience
• Strong coffee and food knowledge
• A love for building high-performing teams
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to maintain systems and standards
