An exciting opportunity has become available for an Assistant Manager to join a well-known Adelaide hospitality venue. This role is ideal for someone with a passion for customer service, a positive attitude, and the drive to learn. Prior management experience isn't essential - the right person will be supported with training and mentoring to grow into the role.

The Role
The Assistant Manager will work closely with the Restaurant Manager & Venue Manager to support day-to-day operations. This is a hands-on role with opportunities to supervise staff, assist with functions and events, and gain exposure to all aspects of venue management.
Key responsibilities include:
- Assisting with daily operations across bar, restaurant, and events.
- Supervising and supporting staff during service.
- Helping to plan and deliver functions and events.
- Learning to manage stock, scheduling, and compliance requirements.
- Providing excellent customer service and contributing to a positive team culture.
Skills and Experience
- Hospitality, customer service, or events experience desirable but not essential.
- Some exposure to supervision or leadership highly regarded.
- Positive, enthusiastic attitude with a strong desire to learn.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
