About the Role
As Bar Supervisor, you’ll be a key part of the new opening, leading by example and setting the tone from day one.

Lead bar operations, manage stock, and coach the crew

Support management in training and mentoring the FOH team

Drive high standards of service and guest satisfaction

Help shape the identity of a new local favourite

About You

Previous supervisory/bar leadership experience in a pub or hospitality venue

Strong product knowledge across beer, wine, and cocktails

Excellent people skills – approachable, calm, and confident

RSA and full Australian work rights

Available across a rotating roster, including nights and weekends
