We're on the hunt for an experienced and passionate Bar Manager to lead the bar at our soon to be open, European bistro in the heart of Bondi. This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll curate a unique beverage program, build and train your team, and help deliver a bar experience that feels effortless, elevated, and full of personality.

What We're Looking For

Proven experience as a Bar Manager or Senior Bartender in a quality-driven venue

Strong knowledge of classic and contemporary cocktails, wines, and spirits

A calm, confident leader with excellent communication and team-building skills

Someone creative, proactive, and detail-oriented — who genuinely loves hospitality

RSA and sound understanding of compliance, cost control, and service standards
