What You'll Do:

Oversee daily shift operations and lead a team to ensure smooth service

Maintain high standards of food safety, cleanliness, and customer satisfaction

Train and support team members on procedures and best practices

Handle cash and reconcile tills accurately at the end of each shift

Manage stock levels and coordinate with management for supply needs

Respond quickly and effectively to customer concerns or service issues

What We're Looking For:

Previous experience in a fast food or quick-service supervisory role is highly desired

Must be available to work any shift, including nights, weekends, and public holidays (24/7 availability required)

Strong leadership and communication skills

Ability to work well under pressure and lead a team by example

A can-do attitude and commitment to great customer service
