THE ROLE
As an experienced Product Manager you will use your change management experience, analytical skills and knowledge of credit policy/ lending products to:

• Work with Credit, Pricing, Treasury and Analytics and Distribution stakeholders to design and implement new product, processes and features.
• Work with Product Lead to establish and manage a competitive product offering underpinned by data analytics, modelling and research
• Understand the causes of attrition and put strategies in place to increase retention
• Identify customer insights for the purpose of recommending product changes and market opportunities
• Change management (inc. product operations, operationalising credit policy changes, rate changes and promotional activities)
• Identify, business case and support technologies and processes that improve the customer/broker journey and product experience
• Collateral and contracts
• Identify new market opportunities and monitor competitor activity (with a focus on credit policy and product features)
• Recommend new product development opportunities and prepare business cases based on market research and market intelligence

A BIT ABOUT YOU
We are looking for an experienced Product Manager with prior experience in lending. Ideally you will have experience in at least c. 70-80% of the following:

1. Commercial Analytics
2. Change management
3. Strong understanding of credit policy
4. New product development
5. Retention
6. Portfolio performance
7. Promotions and acquisitions

You will be an exceptional relationship builder and stakeholder manager who knows the home loans market inside and out.
