Position Summary

The Senior Product Manager will lead the strategy, roadmap, and execution of NLA’s digital products across our ecosystem. This role will be pivotal in ensuring our platforms deliver outstanding customer experiences, support operational efficiency, and maintain regulatory compliance. You will collaborate closely with design, engineering, operations, sales, and compliance teams to shape products that differentiate NLA in a competitive market.

Product Strategy & Vision

Define and own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for NLA’s digital products

Balance customer needs, operational requirements, and commercial goals.

Ensure alignment with NLA’s growth strategy, compliance obligations, and technology vision.

Product Development & Delivery

Translate business and customer requirements into clear product specifications, epics, and user stories.

Work with engineering and design to deliver scalable, high-quality solutions.

Prioritise backlogs using data, feedback, and commercial impact.

Ensure compliance and product development is in line with regulatory guidelines

Stakeholder Engagement

Partner with operations, sales, and marketing teams to understand workflows and pain points.

Engage OEMs, finance partners, and dealer networks for integration and co-branded initiatives.

Customer Experience & Insights

Champion a customer-first approach by embedding feedback loops

Ensure products surprise and delight while remaining intuitive and simple.

Conduct user research, testing, and data analysis to validate product decisions.

Leadership & Influence

Mentor junior product managers and contribute to building NLA’s product function.

Represent product thinking at the leadership level, influencing strategy and cross-functional alignment

Skills & Experience

Essential

5+ years of product management experience, ideally in fintech, SaaS, or financial services.

Strong background in end-to-end product lifecycle management, from discovery to launch and iteration.

Experience managing complex digital ecosystems with multiple stakeholder groups.

Demonstrated ability to balance customer needs, compliance requirements, and commercial goals.

Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and presentation skills.

Strong analytical skills with experience using product analytics, dashboards, and user feedback tools.

Desirable

Familiarity with frameworks such as Agile/Scrum

Exposure to novated leasing, salary packaging or the automotive industry
