Off the back of some tremendous growth in 2025, our client is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Product Manager to join their team in this newly created position to begin immediately.
In this role, you will play a critical part in shaping, launching, and growing a suite of digital products throughout their lifecycle. You’ll collaborate closely with technology, marketing, sales, and ad-operations teams to ensure all products are continuously improving and delivering exceptional results for their clients.
What you’ll do:
- Define and refine product requirements through market research, customer insights, and stakeholder feedback.
- Partner with engineering and cross-functional teams to develop and maintain product roadmaps and timelines.
- Analyse market trends, customer needs, and competitor activity to inform strategic decisions.
- Support go-to-market planning including pricing, positioning, and launch execution.
- Drive seamless product launches, training, and engagement across internal teams.
- Monitor product performance, gather user feedback, and recommend enhancements.
- Maintain comprehensive product documentation and deliver clear performance reports to stakeholders.
- Act as a point of contact for customer inquiries and support issues related to your products.
What you’ll bring:
- 2–4 years in product management, product development, or a related field.
- Experience with agile methods and product documentation tools
- Solid understanding of the digital advertising or online space.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to work collaboratively across teams.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and product management tools (e.g., JIRA, Trello).
- A genuine passion for technology and delivering products that delight customers.
