Product Manager – Business Banking

Take ownership of the full lifecycle of business banking products in a role that offers clear scope, strong cross-functional support and measurable commercial impact. This permanent position sits within the business banking division of a leading Australian financial services group, based in Sydney with hybrid flexibility.

You’ll manage deposit and payment products end to end, from strategy and pricing through to delivery and BAU. Working closely with digital, data, design, engineering and sales, you’ll shape direction, drive execution and deliver outcomes grounded in insight and data.

What you’ll do

• Manage deposit and payment products through all lifecycle stages
• Use market insight and internal data to shape pricing and margin strategy
• Work with risk, regulatory, tech and commercial teams to deliver product changes
• Lead initiatives with Agile tools and structured delivery frameworks

What you’ll bring

• 3–5 years’ experience in product management within banking or payments
• Strong data fluency and Excel skills to support sound commercial decisions
• Proven ability to work across pricing, design, development and stakeholder groups
• Clear, confident communication and a proactive, hands-on approach
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools such as JIRA (advantageous)
