Title: Product Manager - Digital
Location: Sydney CBD (Hybrid, 4 days office)
Salary: $170k - $190k + super + bonus + equity (total package up to ~$240k)

Overview
A high-growth consumer brand is searching for a Product Manager – Digital to own customer-facing platforms at scale. You’ll shape the experience across web, mobile, loyalty, and delivery, building products that millions use every day and driving the next phase of digital growth.

What you’ll do

• Define and deliver the strategy and roadmap for customer digital touchpoints.
• Work closely with engineering, marketing, sales, and operations to align features and launches.
• Use data, personalisation, and design to grow loyalty and retention.
• Take products from idea to launch, with measurable business impact.
• Keep digital platforms reliable, scalable, and ready for expansion.

What you bring

• Proven success in large-scale, customer-facing e-commerce (retail, marketplace, or similar).
• Hands-on work across web, mobile apps, loyalty or ordering systems.
• Technical fluency – APIs, integrations, platform capability.
• The ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.
• A balance of strategic vision and pragmatic delivery.
