The Role:

You’ll take full ownership of the product lifecycle, guiding critical decisions across product vision, development, and go-to-market execution.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own the end-to-end product life cycle for key offerings within MedTech portfolio
• Devise road maps & go-to-market strategies ensuring compliance in highly regulated market
• Analyse market insights & trends to identify opportunities
• Define pricing strategies ensuring maximum ROI
• Collaborate with R&D, Engineering, Regulatory and Commercial teams
• Devise market insights via engagement with customers, clinicians & key stakeholders
• Define business cases, user requirements & performance metrics to support growth

Your Skills & Experience:

• 5 yrs Product Management experience across MedTech portfolios
• Global Product Management experience essential
• Proven ability to devise strategic road maps
• Displayed understanding of Clinical environments & Regulatory compliance
• Proven expertise owning entire product life cycle
• Proven ability to translate customer needs into viable product offerings
• Superior commercial acumen combined with strategic mindset
• Superior communication, prioritisation & stakeholder engagement skills
• High EQ combined with ability to think critically
